Arllen is originally from Buea, Cameroon and has been married to Winnie for 20 years and they are blessed with 3 children. In addition to being a pastor, Arllen is a trained counselor and has practiced and taught clinical counseling and psychology for Liberty University and Washington University of Virginia. He holds a M.A. in Pastoral Counseling and a Ph.D. in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.

Cyrus Mad-Bondo

Cyrus Mad-Bondo is the former Global Outreach Pastor of Mobilization for Mclean Bible Church. He has been serving at MBC since August 2017. Cyrus has served for 10 years at World Help (a Christian organization), strengthening national ministries and leading mission trips as Vice President and Africa Chief Strategist. He is originally from the Central African Republic (C.A.R.), where he. Met his wife of 31 years Julie. Cyrus received a bachelor’s degree at Malone University and his Master’s degree at Liberty University. He has shared the gospel across Africa, Hong Kong, Philippines, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and Central Asia.

Scott Alford is the Chief Consultant at Azariah Advising LLC and a member of the McLean Bible Church. Prior to his role in consulting, Scott worked in philanthropy and fundraising with the Charles Koch Foundation and the Institute for Humane Studies at George Mason University.

Bob and his wife, Katrina have been married 35 years and have four married children and five grandchildren. Bob is retired after a distinguished career as a financial executive for a large public company and the largest charity in the world. Currently, Bob serves as a lay pastor at McLean Bible Church’s South region and disciples dozens of believers.

John Mathai

Treasurer

John Mathai lives in Alexandria, Virginia and works as a senior accountant for NASA. Prior to joining NASA, John worked for Kearney & Company, CPA and served as a financial consultant and instructor for technical accounting and public speaking courses. Outside of work, John is a member of McLean Bible Church (Arlington location) and performs locally as a magician.

Mark Smith lives with his wife of 23 years, Mary, outside of Las Vegas, NV. Mark is a retired Federal law enforcement executive and retired member of the United States Air Force. Mark currently works part-time at his local church where he is also an active volunteer, including as a couples group leader and as a tutor for minors who were involved in, or are at high risk of, human trafficking.
